Map and request
Why is the exact address hidden?
An address is personal. The map shows a shaded hexagon of the district, with no pin: about 0.74 km² in a city and about 5.2 km² in a village. Only a guest with a confirmed stay sees the exact address — until check-out and one day more — and the host sees who opens it and when. The dates a home stands empty are visible only to signed-in members, and only by month. In the demo the hexagon is drawn around an approximate point in the district.
How does a request to a host work?
Pick a home and dates and write to the host. The request goes to the host, and the answer — yes or no — comes within 48 hours. There is no instant booking: the host decides whom to let in. After confirmation both sides see the contacts, and the guest sees the exact address. In the demo a request goes nowhere and is kept nowhere.
What is “what’s nearby”?
Every home shows what to do around it: the directions of Absolute’s map on four levels — Body, Mind, Feelings, Spirit. In the demo these are example directions linking to abs.live; in the working version — live sessions and venues from Absolute’s map nearby, with distances from the district, rounded. Money
How do I pay now?
Straight to the host, on arrival day, after a look around: the payment and the deposit, if there is one. The deposit amount and when it comes back are in the listing. Before arrival — no transfers at all. A request to “secure the booking with a transfer”, a payment link in the conversation, a move to a messenger to pay — these are signs of fraud and a reason to press “Report”.
How much does AbsoHome take?
In the pilot — nothing: 0% from the host and from the guest, and no money passes through the site. Putting a home on the map is free, and there is no paid promotion. The plan for the next stage is payment through the site: the money waits for arrival with a payment partner, and there is one published fee, paid by the host only — fill in: rate and budget. Stays without money — 0%.
What does “without money” mean?
No money at all: not for cleaning, not “for linen”. A compulsory payment makes it rent. There are four forms without money: “Stay with your people”, “Home exchange”, “House-sitting” and “For a master — a home for sessions”. House-sitting and a home for a master are exchanges: what goes in return is something from a closed list, never money. The 0% rate for these forms is written into the rules; it changes only with advance notice and never retroactively.

How does an exchange work?
Your home in exchange for another member’s home — and not necessarily on the same dates: you can host now and travel later. How an exchange on different dates is counted — fill in: the rule for counting exchanges. The terms go in a written agreement, one for each home. Its form — gratuitous use, barter or a contract for consideration — is for the lawyer to settle: fill in: how exchange is classed — the lawyer’s answer.
House-sitting: what in return, and how many hours?
A home in return for care of the house while the host is away. What can be asked in return comes only from a closed list: the host’s house, garden, plants, animals and post. The amount — no more than fill in: how many hours a day, and the listing states it. Nothing beyond the list may be asked.
How does “For a master — a home for sessions” work?
It is an exchange: you run a course at an Absolute centre or at a place on Absolute’s map, the host gives you a home for that time and gets a place in your sessions. The amount — no more than fill in: how many hours a day. A foreign master in Vietnam — only with a work permit: sessions in return for a home can count as work, and working without a permit carries a fine for a foreigner of 15–20 million ₫ (Decree 282/2025 art. 21 cl. 6 “a”). Cities and rules
Why is there no nightly rent on Phu Quoc?
In Vietnam, letting to tourists by the night is a business: business registration, security and public order conditions (ANTT), fire safety (PCCC), a notice to the tourism authority. A foreigner cannot run it as a private person. So on Phu Quoc in the 2026/27 season there is rent for months and homes without money. Until a Vietnamese lawyer answers, hosts there are Russian citizens.
Who registers a foreign guest?
The host — for money or without. In Vietnam the host registers the guest with the police online right on arrival (Circular 87/2026/TT-BCA, in force since 24.07.2026), or on a paper form within 12 hours, and sees the passport at check-in. In Russia the host notifies the Ministry of Internal Affairs of a foreign guest within seven working days of arrival (Federal Law 109-FZ art. 20 part 3); in a hotel or another accommodation facility — within one working day following the day of arrival (part 3.1). Whether this covers a registered guest house — fill in: the lawyer’s answer. AbsoHome collects no passports. This is a reminder, not legal advice: the host is the one responsible for registration.
A guest house: why a register number?
In Krasnodar Krai, where Sochi and Krasnaya Polyana are, and in the federal territory of Sirius there is a guest house experiment: Federal Law 127-FZ, from 01.09.2025 to 31.12.2027, and in the region — law 5414-KZ. Since 01.01.2026 a listing for a guest house carries its register number and a link to the entry, and a listings service has to ensure it (127-FZ art. 4 part 4, art. 6 part 2). So a house let nightly to tourists without a number is not published here. Non-residential apartments — only with a number in the register of classified accommodation and from a sole trader or a company.

Who are the hosts and guests here?
AbsoHome’s strength is people with names. In the pilot both sides, host and guest, are members of Absolute with a confirmed phone number: people open their homes to their own. Sign-up to Absolute is open to everyone, so trust rests not on money but on checking the host — identity and the right to let — and on reviews after a stay. In the working version you sign in with your phone number and an SMS code, and the team checks membership against the profile on abs.live; later — “Sign in with Absolute”. Whether AbsoHome needs its own entry by invitation — fill in: owner’s decision.
Which languages does AbsoHome speak?
In the demo — Russian and English. In the working version a language is switched on once the platform’s rules exist in it and someone answers in it; who answers in English — fill in: who. Vietnamese comes later, together with a company or a representative in Vietnam: a Vietnamese interface on a foreign platform is one of the signs under which Vietnam’s e-commerce law (122/2025/QH15 art. 27) requires a representative or a company in the country.
What data does AbsoHome collect, and how do I delete it?
Only what a stay cannot do without. The exact address sits in a separate closed table, and every opening of it is logged. The site collects no passports, no biometrics and no key codes. Data of Russian citizens is kept in a database in Russia (152-FZ art. 18 part 5); addresses and stay dates never reach Absolute’s database. You can stop the publication of a listing with your name at any moment (152-FZ art. 10.1). Deleting your account and data: fill in: how and how soon.
What works in the demo, and what does not?
Working: the map with twelve example homes, filters, listing pages, the request form — as a preview. Not working: a request goes nowhere and is kept nowhere, there is no sign-in, prices and host names are placeholders, “what’s nearby” shows example directions. The live pilot starts once the company is registered and the documents are ready. A city opens not on a date but when enough hosts are on the map. Pilot launch: fill in: pilot launch date.
