The map shows a district, not the house. In the demo the hexagon is drawn around an approximate point in the district; in the working version it is a cell of the H3 grid, computed on the server.

About the home

The host is going away and looks for someone to live in the house: keep the stove going in frost, water the garden, collect the post. A home for care of the house, no money either way. The dates the house stands empty are shown only to members and only by month.

Verification

In the demo nobody carries the “Verified” mark: verification starts in the working version. There the mark means the host confirms their identity, shows the team a document giving the right to let the home, and the home is checked against its photos. AbsoHome keeps no copies of documents, and verification is free.

Availability

Free in the nearest months.

The dates the house stands empty show by month only, and in the working version only to signed-in members: the calendar of an empty house is never a tip-off.

Dates follow local time: Moscow, UTC+3.

Request

A request, not a booking: the host reads it and answers within 48 hours.

In the working version: only Absolute members.

In return

Keep the stove going, water the garden, collect the post — up to an hour a day

What can be asked in return — the closed list
  • Stay with your people — nothing.
  • Home exchange — a home in return; each side’s dates go in the request.
  • House-sitting — care of the house, garden, animals and the post; how many hours a day is stated in the listing and written into the request before arrival.
  • For a master — sessions for the host and family; how many is stated in the listing and written into the request before arrival.

Nothing beyond the list may be asked: such a request is a reason to report.

No fields for a name or phone: in the working version the host sees the member’s profile, and contacts only after confirming.

What comes next in the working version

  1. The host answers within 48 hours: confirms or declines. There is no instant booking.
  2. Contacts and the exact address come after confirming. The address stays open until check-out and one more day; the host sees who opens it and when.
  3. No money either way: not for cleaning, not “for linen”.
  4. No transfers before arrival. A request to pay earlier, or a payment link in the chat, is a reason to report.
  5. Something wrong on arrival — write to the team within 72 hours. If the home is unsafe, you can leave at any moment with no penalty.

In the demo the button does nothing. In the working version a report goes to the team, with a first answer within a day.
